The Altona Hockey Club Song

Hey look us over
Here at A.H.C.
We’re the blue and gold team
In perfect harmony
Just pass the flag A’s
Just pass the shield
And watch out all you other teams
Whenever we take the field
And beware of our backline
And our forwards too
When the goalie runs out
The other teams are through
And we’re not short of a Premiership
When finals come around
We’re Altona Hockey Club
The Mighty Seagulls
Altona Hockey Club

The AHC Club Song was updated in 2021, as part of a review of our practices leading into Pride Cup round.
Our club song no longer references binary genders – a small change that makes an enormous difference to our diverse community. The updated terms were done in consultation with Pride Cup, Hobsons Bay City Council and our community, we appreciate everyone for taking part in the consultation period.
The club song is a cherished part of the Altona Hockey Club and remains integral to our proud history.
